Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. is a local nongovernment, non-religious and nonpolitical development and humanitarian organisation committed to enabling children to live a life free of poverty, violence, inequality, and injustice. By working together with children, young people, supporters and partners Plan International works relentlessly in the Philippines to advance children’s rights and equality for girls and to ensure children and girls realize their rights to education, protection, health care, and high quality of life.

The Role
To excel in this critical leadership role, you also will need:
- Significant experience securing funds from corporate and institutional donors
- Experience establishing relationships with community, NGOs, corporates, and the media
- Excellent public representation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience in advocacy, influencing, and program delivery
- Experience working with, and reporting to boards
- Native level Tagalog and good English language skills are essential
