Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.
- Developing individualized care plans and goals in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
- Providing crisis intervention and support during mental health crises.
- Advocating for clients’ rights and ensuring access to necessary services.
- Promoting community integration and social inclusion through various activities.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
