  • Working with managers to understand the essential requirements for Retail Management positions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting pre-screening telephone interviews, managing the communication flow between candidates and hiring managers throughout the offer process for key roles in the market
  • Creating a pipeline of candidates by using appropriate methods e.g. social media, job boards internal referral programmes and establishing local networks in professional, industry and other associations and organisations
  • Track and report on recruitment activities e.g. open position reports, cost per hire, source by hire, time to hire
  • Communicating with hiring managers to promote customer satisfaction by responding quickly and with urgency to questions related to open positions, specific candidates, job offers and issues or concerns about the hiring process.
  • Completing administrative tasks that ensure compliance with employment regulations by maintaining recruitment and selection records.
  • To manage Workday ATS system to deliver a timely and consistent experience for candidates through the hiring journey. To partner with AskHR to upskill Retail on Workday hiring processes, and delivering trainings and putting action plans into place as needed.
  • Support with delivering recruitment training and coaching to management teams across the region, ensuring regular updates and communication on job openings, internal opportunities, and talent management.
  • Maintain external recruitment and agency network and conduct annual benchmarking of Retail salary reviews.
  • To drive Talent agenda across DTC through training, and upskilling Store Management on talent and development tools
  • To support the Talent function across Europe with critical corporate roles and vacancies

About YouQualifications & Experience:

  • Recruitment professional with in-house recruitment experience
  • Evident experience of developing and executing multisite recruitment strategies
  • Strong recruiting project management experience
  • Strong track record of implementing Talent strategies and working with Talent management tools
