HR Agency Key People is a leading HR consulting and recruitment company in various industries. 

One of our partners is the Belgian Development Agency, which offers solutions to address pressing global challenges such as climate change, urbanization, human mobility, peace and security, economic and social inequality, etc.

Due to the expansion of our activities, we have a vacancy for a Health Expert. 

In this role, you will: 

Collaborate with authorities and partners to plan, develop and implement program initiatives and activities;
provide technical expertise to health and social protection initiatives and activities.
The contract is for 4 years. 

Our candidate:

Has a specialized medical education (will be an advantage);
Has experience as a public health expert in the public sector and/or in an international organization; 
Has experience in policy dialogue and/or multilateral programs;
Understands the dynamics of the Ukrainian health sector related to access and quality of care;
Understanding of the specific dynamics associated with working with special interest groups such as war veterans, people living with disabilities, etc;
Has experience with qualitative and quantitative monitoring and evaluation methods;
Fluent in English and Ukrainian. 

Will be an advantage:

Experience in project management; 
Experience in change management and/or reform processes;
Experience in physical rehabilitation or working with people living with disabilities;
Experience in the field of mental health or psychosocial services.
