The Role

As a strategic leader, and key trusted support to the CEO, you will ensure client services align with the new vision and organisational objectives by fostering internal relationships, and working towards a growth strategy while promoting collaboration, courage , support and innovation. Key objectives include:

  • Provide leadership and direction in partnership with the CEO and other managers
  • Ensure client services meet Tenants Victoria’s vision, objectives and strategic goals
  • Develop and implement innovative projects and initiatives to enhance service quality
  • Identify and advise on emerging issues and opportunities that support the mission
  • Represent Tenants Victoria in various forums and strengthening networks

Who are you?

The ideal person for this role is a confident leader with a passion for social justice and a deep understanding of housing issues. Someone with extensive experience of service delivery in Social and Community Services settings, Housing, Justice Community Legal, or the private sector. You will bring:

  • An adaptable leadership style to inspire and manage diverse specialist teams
  • Strategic planning knowledge to align services, leveraging innovative technology solutions
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing service models and innovative projects with financial literacy
  • Experience improving service delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and outcomes
