headspace in collaboration with Beyond Blue deliver “Be You”, the national mental health in education initiative. Be You supports educators from early learning services and schools to develop a positive, inclusive and resilient learning community where every child, young person, educator and family can achieve their best possible mental health.
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative leader to join the headspace Be You team. This role will provide daily oversight of office management, hold the state/territory level stakeholder portfolio, ensure the Be You program is aligned to local education initiatives and priorities, and foster key stakeholder relationships so that they are continuously developed and maintained.
Who we’re looking for
headspace is seeking someone who holds a relevant tertiary qualification in education or health, coupled with strong collaboration and relationship building skills to work effectively with stakeholders internally and externally and be a motivated and effective team member contributing to a positive team culture and workplace environment.
To be successful, you will possess demonstrated leadership experience inclusive of line management, experience in education or youth mental health as well as experience delivering mental health programs or initiatives in education settings.

- Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent, and/or pass all of the WWCC(s) required for this role (please note that for some roles, headspace requires WWCCs for other State/Territories in addition to your Home State)
