You will:

• Oversee the sales team’s performance, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Manage finance and insurance products, presenting them to customers and securing agreements.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maximise profitability by offering additional products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with their purchase.

About YouYou will be a team player with experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. You should have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
