As the esteemed leader of a group of talented Sales Executives, you will have a critical role in exceeding our diverse business objectives across various channels and delivering unmatched customer service.Responsibilities

  • Put the customer at the centre of everything we do.
  • Guide and empower the Sales Executive Team to maximize sales through our shop websites, phone, and email.
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional service and order support to our customers.
  • Ensure accurate administration of orders and returns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail to implement sales initiatives across retail channels and at external events.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with our Shop’s customer base, with a focus on the Top 20 Accounts.
  • Collaborate and support the MRE, MRM, and KAM teams in seizing commercial opportunities.
  • Provide updates to the Head of Retail and wider Logistics UK team on commercial performance, service, and operational feedback as needed.
  • Work closely with our Fulfillment Partners to ensure accurate orders and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist other key stakeholders within the business with relevant information and activities to drive sales and protect profit.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficient in numeracy with strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated individual.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A well-organised individual with a professional approach, who is confident in managing their own time and the time of their team.
