About The Role:
We have a 6-month fixed-term full-time opportunity for a People Services Officer to join our People Services team. You will be responsible for contributing to the Endeavour Foundation people experience through accurately and timely transactional and lifecycle administration. Duties include:
- Preparing offers, contracts (using templates), change requests and other HR related correspondence and administration
- Responding to day to day HR related enquiries from the business
- Maintaining the HRIS (PeopleSoft), ensuring a high level of data integrity
- Generating HR reports from HRIS as requested
- Maintaining accurate and complete electronic personnel files
- Ensuring a positive employee experience for all new starters through all onboarding actions
About You
- HR administration experience or administration experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Demonstrated understanding and application of the Fair Work Act,
Modern Awards and employment contracts (highly desirable) - Strong communication skills – you are a true people person
