Summary of Requirements
The ExB SPU project “Safeguarding Human Rights Through Courts, Phase II” envisages to organise a 2-day training session on current challenges of implementing ECtHR case-law into domestic adjudication on 26-27 September 2024 in co-operation with the Office of the Council of Europe in Ukraine and the Supreme Court. The Project plans to support capacity development of SC`s trainers through carrying out a fourth of the ten two-day training session in Kyiv on aspects of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in co-operation with the Council of Europe Based on the above, the SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide services and relevant support for organizing the event as required and described in Terms of Reference.
