About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Program PMO Lead to join our HRIS Transformation program. Reporting directly to the Head of People Transformation, you will play a key role in the effective management and delivery of the program. You will provide strategic and operational support, ensuring that the program meets its objectives while fostering collaboration across all workstreams. You will be at the top of your game. We are looking for a candidate that is UNstoppable, can handle every challenge head-on.
You can drive success with lead by example leadership and command the program with confidence and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of People Transformation, assisting in strategic decision-making, resolving design and delivery issues, managing resources, and overseeing day-to-day program operations.
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan, working closely with partners and internal teams to identify key milestones and critical paths. Track progress and report on milestones, variations, and overall program health.
- Support the Head of People Transformation by attending Steerco meetings and providing necessary assistance. Step into leadership responsibilities in their absence.
- Ensure adherence to project frameworks and maintain all necessary documentation. Manage project management documents as directed, and support audit and governance requirements.

Qualifications & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in PMO or project management, preferably in large-scale transformation programs.
- Leverage prior HRIS/HCM experience to provide insights and guidance on the implementation of HRIS systems within the organisation
- Proven experience in HR processes and systems, ideally within mid-size or complex organisations.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and reporting practices.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship management skills.
Even better:
- Graduate or postgraduate studies in a related field.
- Agile Certification.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise transformations and IT systems implementation.
- Expertise in Office365 tools and their application across diverse business scenarios.
