The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Programme Office in Dushanbe (OSCE POiD) hereby solicits your bid for the Provision of simultaneous translation equipment rental services, in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein. OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe intends to establish a Local Window Contract (LWC) for the Provision of simultaneous translation equipment rental services for aggregate duration of up to 5 (five) years.
