If this is you, please keep reading.We’re looking for a creative and goal-driven candidate to join our Marketing and Communications Team, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications at Enham Trust to grow income in its targeted geographical growth areas, using charity-centric communications methods and channels to develop and amplify key messages that will resonate with key audiences – commissioners and funders, referral agencies, businesses, donors and supporters, and importantly current and potential service users.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing an organisational Marketing Strategy alongside the Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Supporting Enham’s operational and income generation teams to deliver B2C and B2B marketing strategies and plans to serve Enham Trust while consistently delivering results and a positive ROI.
  • Commissioning, providing editorial direction, and optimising a wide range of written and visual marketing content across Enham Trust and affiliated platforms (digital and print).
  • Managing Enham Trust’s website and social media channels and any campaign and/or affiliated websites.
  • Monitoring performance across your department and providing regular reports and KPIs to the Head of Marketing and Communications and Enham Trust’s Senior Leadership Team.

About youYou will already have relevant work experience or industry experience in marketing and are likely to have project management experience too.You will have excellent communications and copywriting skills, creating engaging and audience-driven written content across a range of online and offline channels.You’ll be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud aps, including InDesign for creating print materials and Premiere Pro for video editing (or similar). Experience with online design tools such as Canva is also desired.You’ll be able to demonstrate your knowledge of online marketing channels including, email, website maintenance and CMS, PPC and SEO and of course all social media channels.You will see yourself as a natural people person, building a strong network to ensure your stakeholders are fully engaged in everything you do.You’ll have skills in data analysis and will feel confident in making recommendations for improvement and you will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.This is a hybrid role where you are likely to work in the office two days per week for face to face meetings, collaborative team time etc and the remainder of the week you can work from home if you wish. You’ll need to have flexibility to travel at relatively short notice as the role has potential to be a hands on role at times and the team are reactive to this, so you’ll ideally be based within a one hour commute to the office.
