As the Global Partner Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving our Speedo Brand Marketing communication to our global commercial sales and marketing teams. This is a pivotal role for Speedo.Your primary focus will be to communicate and equip our global commercial teams with marketing and selling tools and have ownership of specific go-to-market content and assets. You will also work closely with the Senior Global Retail Marketing Manager to support the creation of Visual Merchandising retail standards and guidelines as part of our new and exciting House of Speedo global retail activation.Please note, this is a full time role with an immediate start date.The role you’d play.

  • Working closely with the Global Heads of Brand Marketing for Fitness and Recreation and Competitive to develop and support the creation of toolkits, content and assets for our brand and retail partners.
  • Support our Brand Marketing team to translate brand campaigns and initiatives into partner marketing assets and tools
  • Lead, the management of our global brand portal and brand marketing communications to our commercial sales and marketing teams.
  • Speedo launch activation – owning the creation and support our regions for the creation of our global digital catalogues.
  • Working closely with the Senior Global Retail Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role of supporting the delivery of visual merchandising retail standards and guidelines.
  • Work with external agencies to manage the translation of content and assets into country specific tools.

About you:

  • Previous experience in brand marketing including working with external agencies, developing retail, social and PR tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external agencies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset, capable of translating brand vision into actionable strategies and the delivery of marketing content, tools and assets.
  • A passion for driving brand growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Some experience in retail visual merchandising would be preferable but not necessary.
  • Experience working with Adobe CS and 3D modelling software
  • A ‘can-do’ mindset, pro-active and a team player.
