Generators Auction

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) intends to auction different generators, all of them are in a used condition and will be sold on an “As is, where is” basis.

Terms & Conditions:

• Items can be inspected from 26 August till 02 September during working hours from -10:00 am to 04:30 pm at Erbil RAWA Auto Company­ – Erbil, Makhmur Road, Close to 100 Meter Road
• The registration should be submitted before the deadline of 03 of September at 04:00 pm to the Rawa Co-with a filled document prepared for this purpose.
• There will be an open auction for bidders on Wednesday 04 A September at 10:00 am at (location) Rawa company Erbil Makhmur Road.
• The bidder must deposit 1’000’000 IQD per asset except for the items 3, 4 & 7 its only 100’000 as a guarantee, the winning bidder will pay only the remaining difference whereas unsuccessful bidders will receive their deposit back.
• If the bid winner changes his mind about not taking the item, the deposit will not be returned.
• ICRC has the right to reject the bid partially or fully without explanation.
• The winner should finalize the payment within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation of winning.
• The winner must collect the generator within 3 working days after confirmation of payment.
