Job description
Field Service EngineerService Engineer required for an international company that specialises in engraving, marking and cutting machinery and consumables.Field Service Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical support for customers on-site and on the phone.
- Installation, commissioning, and operator training for new machines on site.
- Service and repair machines on-site or at the main office.
- On-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and repair.
- Generate the sale of services by promoting extended warranties, rental of equipment, reconditioning of machines, maintenance contracts, trainings, etc.
Field Service Engineer Education/Experience required
- Higher academic level in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering is preferable
- 5 years of experience in technical assistance, customization, and/or customer relations
- Knowledge of computer tools (Office Suite, CRM, ERP, CAD software)
- Knowledge of mechanics and automation
- Capacity to work under pressure
- Travelling (5 days a week)
- Customer relationship
