  • Hybrid working model promoting a true work/life balance
  • Full time or part time (min 4 days/week)
  • A welcoming, passionate, and motivated workforce all committed to building a gender equitable society

Your new role

You will provide high quality program management expertise to support the development and adoption of new approaches within our significantly expanded team. This will include leading the development of strategic initiatives focused on improving our stakeholder engagement and working closely with the Manager, Data and Evaluation to develop an impact and evaluation framework.

You will lead delivery of the final year of our Family Law Capacity Building Program, that builds the capacity of other community legal centres to establish and strengthen their family law legal practices. This includes leading the small team developing eLearning modules to build capacity across the sector.

Increasing the project management capability of the team is a key aspect of this role. You will provide strategic guidance in project management methodologies and develop tools and templates to embed consistent project management practices across Women’s Legal.

What you’ll need to succeed

You are a project management star, preferably with experience in the legal or community sectors. You have strong process improvement skills and enjoy organising and helping teams to be more consistent in their approach. You thrive in a role with a range of different responsibilities and enjoy being a generalist. Naturally collaborative, you enjoy working (and influencing) across the team and organisation.

Specifically, to succeed in this role, you will need strong skills and experience in:

  • Program management in the legal or community sector, ideally with an understanding of working with women experiencing family violence
  • Using data to monitor program impact and delivery, and supporting colleagues to build their data capability
  • Supporting colleagues to build capability in project management, including embedding project management tools across the team

What you’ll get in return

In return for your dedication, we offer competitive remuneration, bonus leave days, flexible work arrangements, salary packaging, and a vibrant, supportive work culture.

Equal Opportunity Employer
