Your Role 

We’ve a great permanent opportunity for a CTP (Compulsory Third Party) claims consultant to join our team based in Sydney CBD. You’ll manage a portfolio of CTP Claims, supporting people who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident. Focused on the health and recovery of injured persons, your goal is to manage claims in accordance with the relevant legislation and find ways to facilitate recovery and return to work. 

This role offers a hybrid environment, with a requirement to work from the office at least one day per week with additional requirements for office attendance during initial training and according to business needs.

With full training provided, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5pm, with some flexibility. 

Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

About You

  • Experience in dealing with customers, problem solve and diffusing conflict 
  • Strong customer focus including well developed customer service skills  
  • Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information 
  • Outcome focussed with a drive to achieve results
  • Computer skills, including an ability to troubleshoot  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Managing a portfolio of claims for customers who have sustained a physical or psychological injury as a result of a motor accident, a high level of communication skills, empathy and resilience is an absolute must.  In return you’ll be part of a tight knit, customer-centric team that makes a difference.
