36 hours per week, 41 weeks per annumA unique opportunity has arisen for an inspirational, highly motivated and committed leader and manager to join our excellent team of enthusiastic and dedicated staff at our caring, welcoming and successful school.We are looking to appoint a strong and suitably experienced Operations Manager who can ensure we make the best use of resources now and into the future. This is a crucial role, carrying responsibility for the overall leadership and management of our administrative function, finance, human resources, management information systems and health and safety.This is an exciting time to join our thriving school.We are looking for an excellent communicator and team player who:Has proven leadership and organisational skills in driving strategic administration and financial management.Has a positive attitude and can motivate and inspire others.Has drive and initiative and is passionate about making a difference to our children and the school.
