Passerelles Numériques (PN) is a French non-profit organization, created in 2005, operating in Cambodia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Madagascar. MISSION

The Communication Manager manages the internal and external communication for PN Global, within the framework of the global communication strategy.

1.      DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

COMMUNICATION

With the Global Director, create an annual communication plan and implement it.

Digital Design & Production

  • Produce and design quality videos and photos
  • Design the global communication supports: newsletters, leaflet, annual report, videos …
  • Update and produce communication tools (Banner, leaflet, poster, brochure) as needed
  • Organize and provide communication content

Website & Social Media

  • Manage PN main social media accounts according to PN guidelines
  • Update the website as needed
  • Pilot increasing online visibility (ad buys, mini-campaigns, open to ideas!)

Written Production

  • Prepare the quarterly external newsletter and the annual report
  • Assist the fundraising team in partner reports when needed
  • Compile written production from centers and highlight on a global level.
  • Lead on media relations, Press Releases, media list management, PN press kit update

Organization

  • Collect interviews, photos, videos, PN alumni success stories, etc. from all centers and select data for global communication
  • Organize and update all production and tools on the drives and share appropriate content and tools with PN teams
  • Ensure that PN communication charter and guidelines are respected and applied internally and by all centers

COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL CENTERS

  • Provide support to local teams within set perimeters and/or following their requests
  • Identify potential support needed from the local teams in terms of capacity building.

COORDINATION

  • Participate in weekly internal global coordination meetings
  • Participate to the ERO (External Relations teams = Fundraising & Communication at centers) meetings:
  • Bi-weekly meetings with individual countries: ERO teams share and exchange recent activities
  • Monthly ERO coordination meetings with all countries. Ensure all emerging opportunities and changing priorities are communicated to the centers.

OTHER

  • Autonomy and collaboration are critical for this role.
  • Versatility and creativity welcome!
  • Flexibility is required as PN works in different time zones and in a culturally diverse workplace.
  • Respect school rules and regulations as you will be working on-site at our center in Cambodia.

Expériences / Formation

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree, preferably in Communication or Mass Communication or any other related degree

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of professional experience in communication

SKILLS

  • Office: Microsoft Office
  • Google Suite (email and Drive)
  • Online: common use of internet (newsletter – Mailchimp, WordPress…) and major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)
  • Graphic Design: Canva (Photoshop would be a plus)
  • Video: Video montage and editing experience
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce concise and creative supports
  • Knowledge of cultures where we operate is a plus – Cambodia, Madagascar, the Philippines, & Vietnam

LANGUAGES

English is the working language

French is essential
