About us & the roleOxford University Event Venues (OUEV) is on the hunt for a first-class marketing, engagement and communications expert to join us in the brand new role of Marketing Coordinator.At OUEV, we manage some of Oxford’s most iconic spots. Three city centre venues; the landmark Sheldonian Theatre, the historical Examination Schools, and the elegant St Luke’s Chapel, along with Osler House, our art deco hidden gem in Headington. Learn more about us atYou’ll be the creative force promoting these landmark venues and supporting everything from bustling conferences and high-profile University events, to music performances, weddings and everything in between as well as our developing visitor destination initiatives. Safe to say we’re a busy team with a really varied and exciting portfolio!What you’ll do:
- Create Magic: Develop a cracking marketing strategy and craft engaging content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Be the Data Whisperer: Track performance, analyse trends, and tweak strategies to boost engagement.
- Engage & Collaborate: Plan and organise promotional events, build relationships with stakeholders, and act as our in-house marketing guru.
