We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers – connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands.Job DescriptionWork set-up: Hybrid (flexible – 1 day a week in office)Our client in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Marketing and Partnerships Manager to drive business growth by strategically positioning products with partners and optimizing engagement with key enterprise customers and prospects globally. A deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) will guide the creation of compelling go-to-market materials and enhance customer interactions. By building strong relationships with key partners and utilizing customer insights, this role will expand commercial opportunities and refine marketing strategies, strengthening market position and ensuring customer success. Reporting to the Director of Growth and Product Marketing, the role will also collaborate closely with the campaign and creative teams, alongside automation and product specialists.What you will do:ICP Expert

  • Foster a deep knowledge of ICPs and bringing them to life around the business with clear indicators and examples.
  • Compliance (Retail Exchanges, Payment Services, Banking and Liquidity Providers) and Government (LEA and Regulators).
  • Understand and adopt the buyer journey from problem to solution and product.
  • Develop customer journey mapping to understand the most common purchase bundles, touchpoints and experiences for up-sell opportunities.

Product Positioning

  • Collaborate with Leadership, Product, Sales, Solutions Consultants, Intelligence, and the Government team to collate differentiation for the company’s product suite.
  • Apply differentiations for ICPs to land positioning across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Support Account Management, Customer Success, and Sales to engage key accounts on complex product positioning.
  • Develop GTM material framework to ensure Product is at the heart of pitches and customer conversations.

Partnerships

  • Support reseller and referral partnerships to ensure their sales teams understand product USPs and market positioning.
  • Proactively engage and explore new commercial opportunities with partners to generate incremental revenue.
  • Execute and measure the success of high-performing co-marketing campaigns, content, virtual and in-person events with partners’ marketing teams.

Customers

  • Participate, capture, and build on the success of Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Evaluate the onboarding of high value customers with AMCS to build white glove marketing materials to reduce churn through increased adoption.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, ideally within the technology or compliance sector.
  • Strong understanding and application of customer journey mapping and touchpoint analysis.
  • Excellent product positioning skills, with the ability to tailor marketing materials for different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Proficiency in working with marketing automation tools and HubSpot.
  • Capability to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and materials, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Ability to analyse market data and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create compelling visual marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with compliance, government regulations, and the blockchain or crypto space would be an added advantage.
  • Passionate about understanding customer personas and bringing them to life within the organization.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Have a knack for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to enhance product positioning.
  • Excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Adept at developing compelling marketing materials that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Enjoy staying informed about industry trends and continuously seek ways to innovate and improve marketing strategies.
