We’re looking for an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Dickens Inn. You’ll have the opportunity to make a difference every day, as you support your manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.Previous experience in pub management is essential for this role.As Assistant General Manager you’ll:

• Be passionate and dedicated and a strong support to the Store Manager.
• Have the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.
• Be an inspiration to the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.
• Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
