Faber.We are excited to collaborate with a well-established Bristol-based company in their search for an exceptional Finance Director.This role is ideal for a finance professional with a background in outsourcing, who can take initiative and work effectively with others.Key responsibilities of the Business Services Finance Director include:
- Proactively managing tasks while fostering strong collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and expand client offerings.
- Leading and overseeing international accounting projects across multiple countries.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously.
- Mentoring, developing, and recruiting staff, promoting a culture of growth and excellence within the team.
The ideal candidate for the Business Services Finance Director will:
- Hold an ACA, ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
- Have prior experience in practice accounting.
- Demonstrate experience in staff management and development.
- Have a proven track record in managing multiple projects and teams concurrently.
