In this role, you’ll provide efficient administrative support to the HR and Payroll department, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for our employeesThis is full time, permanent position. You will be working Monday – Friday, during business hours, but there is a level of flexibility required.Pay, benefits and more:You’ll earn a salary of up to £26,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). You’ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!What you’ll do on a typical day:Complete administration tasks related to payroll queriesUse and maintain the time and attendance system in order to process the on site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlinesBe responsible for the coordination and record-keeping of absence and sickness and manage the absence hotlineSet up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR recordsProcess on site weekly and monthly payroll within specified deadlinesWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous payroll administrative experience in a logistics or warehouse environmentGood use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointDemonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectivelyTakes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workloadAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
