Training Officer (Vocational Training)

Active Psychological and Emotional Training Program for Employees in National Cultural Industries

 Responsibilities:

1. Needs Assessment:
– Identify vocational skill gaps and collaborate with employers to understand market demands.

2. Program Design:
– Develop vocational training curricula in various trades such as carpentry, electrical work, and hospitality.

3.Training Delivery:
– Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions using adult learning principles.

4. Capacity Building:
– Organize “Training of Trainers” (ToT) sessions to ensure long-term training sustainability.

5. Coordination and Partnerships:
– Collaborate with vocational centers and local businesses to facilitate job placements and internships.

6. Monitoring and Evaluation:
– Monitor training progress, evaluate outcomes, and track employment results.

7. Employment and Entrepreneurship Support:
– Provide career guidance and entrepreneurship training, linking trainees with employers.

8. Resource Management:
– Ensure the maintenance of training tools and safe use of equipment.

Skills:
– Strong facilitation and instructional skills.
– Knowledge of practical training techniques.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Reporting to:
Livelihoods Program Manager / Skills Development Manager.
