Contentious Probate Job Vacancy. We are recruiting experienced, qualified contentious probate lawyers to join our growing team in Somerset. We offer a generous package based on experience, including a bonus scheme. Ideally you should have experience of dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes and equitable interest claims.
