There is increasing demand for flagship project development in the areas of district heating, energy efficiency in the SME sector, energy retrofitting, and green industrial park initiatives in GGGI member countries. In line with our mission to achieve carbon neutrality and green growth under the GGGI Strategy 2030, it is essential to recruit a consultant for the development of flagship projects in these areas. Building on successful project development, the consultant will disseminate knowledge through flagship publications, engage in capacity-building activities, and support the expansion of GGGI’s project portfolio in these areas.

Additional responsibilities include providing thematic advice, identifying innovative climate technologies, offering technical inputs, conducting analytical work with collected data, and supporting resource mobilization under the guidance of the ADG and Head of IPSD

  • Experience in launching initiatives related to urban and industrial energy efficiency, including policy analysis, microgrid technology development, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
