Finance Partnership Coordinator conducts financial assessments, supports capacity development, and manages grant implementation. They review partnership agreements to ensure compliance with Oxfam and donor requirements, monitor partner financial reports, and provide timely feedback.
They collaborate with program and finance teams for accurate donor reporting, reconcile partner expenses with budget codes, and perform regular financial audits. Coordinator organizes partner training sessions, ensures accurate documentation for grant disbursements, and maintains compliance with financial systems. They also support during audits and manage partner files for future reference.
Requirements and experience:
- Diploma in finance/accounting, experience in budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of accounting standards.
- Ability to deliver financial management training.
- Commitment to Oxfam’s goals, including gender equality and diversity.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian.
