The position of Associate IT Officer (IAM Administration) is assigned to the Infrastructure and Technology Division (ITID) within the Information Technology Department (ITD).
ITID is responsible for the design, governance, implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of ADB’s technology infrastructure, platforms, security and associated systems. This division works to ensure that the bank’s production technology systems are operational and available to the people of ADB and continually monitors the bank’s infrastructure and applications for potential security threats and breaches. This division also stays abreast of the latest developments in end-user devices, mobility, and technology architecture to ensure ADB is taking advantage of the latest technologies when it makes business sense.
You will report to the designated International Staff and senior National Staff.
As Associate IT Officer (IAM Administration), you are responsible for managing and overseeing the identity and access management (IAM) system in ADB. You will focus on ensuring the availability of the IAM system to its users.
You will:
Monitor the health of IAM system:
- Ensure the IAM system is updated, patched and functioning optimally, coordinating with IT teams as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on IAM system performance, scheduled jobs and request execution failures
- Deliver standard changes on the IAM solution
- Fixes and enhancements
- Configuration of IAM system
- System integration and management
- System maintenance
- Data clean up
- Documentation
- Continuous improvement
- Collaborate and coordinate with other IT teams, departments and third-party vendors to ensure IAM system is properly aligned to ADB’s information governance policies and standards
- Respond and manage incidents or problems related to identity and access management
- Provide support during internal and external audit
- Perform other duties as may be assigned and reflected in the incumbent’s workplan.
Qualifications:
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or any related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with 4 years of experience in:
- Implementing IAM solution
- SQL-based database
- Must have relevant work experience in Identity Management setup, configuration, maintenance, and administration.
- Hands-on skills and experience in release management, planning, automation, coordinating between teams, application code deployments, and change initiatives.
- Hands on experience with Datadog or similar platform in observability, test automation and application profiling would be preferred.
- Experience in provisioning users with IAM to Oracle ERP, Office365, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and other on-prem and cloud-based target systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in his/her responsibility.
- Relevant experience supporting IAM platforms in an International Organization or similar setting would be preferred.
- Solid critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organization skills
- Very attentive to details and methodical with work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
