Job description
Ampa Group Services are searching to add a fantastic Dynamics/Client Systems Case Developer (MS Dynamics/Peppermint) to our growing Applications and Development team.This role is part of the maturing of our IT Organisation, adding specialisation and technical knowledge into the Applications and Development team to help us support our IT project portfolio and current technologies.What you will be doing:
- Supporting the implementation of Peppermint MS Dynamics Case Management System (CMS) – helping the business realise the benefit of the product
- Supporting the work type build and migration of legacy CMS’s into Peppermint
- Developing and maintaining our core CMS Peppermint within our Agile Delivery Processes
- Proposing and implementing solutions to business requirements that align with our product roadmap and architecture
- Supporting Change and Release Management processes as part of the software development lifecycle
- Providing 3rd line specialist support for the Client Systems Portfolio
The immediate priorities are:
- Becoming familiar with the Core CMS Project, legacy applications, integrated solutions, backlogs and current roadmaps as well as the supported business processes.
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies
Key accountabilities:
- Designing, creating, testing and problem solving of workflows, data entry and retrieval screens
- Coding new and updating existing template letters for automatic document assembly
- Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards (including DevOps, ServiceNow, etc)
What you will need:A minimum of 3 years demonstrable track record of working as Case Developer or workflow-based Low Code developer.You will need to have previous experience with the below tech stack:
- Low Code Platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
- Case Management Systems: Peppermint or similar
- Document Management Systems: iManage or similar
- Designing and Architecting Applications
- Microsoft Sharepoint
- Power Apps & PowerBI
- Azure DevOps
- ITSM Processes and platforms: ServiceNow or similar
Experience with the following would be beneficial:
- Scrum/Agile
- Source Control
- C#, .Net & ASP.Net
- MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS , T-SQL, Azure SQL Server
Competencies outside the tech stack include:
- The ability to produce high quality technical material, and to identify and develop opportunities to provide business benefit. Strong operational transformation experience with an analytical skillset to assess, identify and exploit opportunities. Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.
- Strong problem solving abilities with the ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues, and solutions.
- The ability to build good relationships, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues.
