IT Service Desk Support AnalystA leading Investment management firm is looking to hire a Service desk analyst. You would be responsible for;
- To Provide 1st & 2nd (when necessary) line support to the firms end users logging via Service Desk application.
- To ensure the Firm’s I.T. infrastructure functions smoothly both in London and the branch offices
Therefore, they are looking for someone with experience with the following;
- Experience of working in a Service Desk environment
- Experience of using a Service Desk ticketing application
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English both reading and writing
- Basic understanding of a computer network
- Windows 10/11 experience/exposure
- Office 365 support skills
- Azure Active Directory support skills
- Experience in mobile telecommunications
