Architectural Project Manager Job in NottinghamArchitectural in Nottingham, This AJ100 practice is on the hunt for an Architectural Projects Manager—someone who’s as comfortable working with blue-chip clients as they are with a set of plans. And if you’ve got what it takes, they’re offering up to £50,000 for the right person.With a long track record of delivering major projects for both public and private clients across the UK, this company is gearing up for a busy few years ahead. To support their strong project pipeline, they’re expanding their retail team—starting with this key hire, the first of several planned in the coming months.Role & Responsibilities
- You’ll be client-facing—a lot, expect to build relationships, visit sites, and translate client needs into reality
- Managing projects from start to finish, so you’ll know every detail from the first sketch to the final sign-off
- Regularly presenting to clients and collaborating with consultants and contractors, because this isn’t a solo show
- Travelling to sites across the UK will be essential to this role
- Occasionally, you’ll need to dust off your AutoCAD and Revit skills. But don’t worry, this isn’t a full-time drafting gig.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience, managing projects end-to-end
- Experience in fit-out projects is essential – especially if you’ve tackled retail or banking spaces
- Top-notch client communication skills – they want someone who can manage expectations and navigate complex stakeholder needs
- A solid understanding of UK building regulations, fire strategies, and all that good stuff
- Whether you’re a qualified Architect, Technologist or Project manager doesn’t matter as much as your ability to get the job done.
