They operate in modern open plan offices with free parking!The HR Administrator is responsible for ensuring all administration linked to the Human Resources department is up to date on a day-to-day basis and supporting the HR Team in delivery of the full cycle of HR activities.This role will suit an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment looking to progress their career in HR.What’s in it for you?Salary: up to £25k-£29k depending on experience22 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday (increasing with length of service)Free parking, Study support, Private medical insurance, Life insuranceDiscretionary annual bonus, Salary exchange pension, Employee assistance programme, Online discount programmeHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pmKey responsibilities:Administration of joiners and leavers, completing full onboarding and offboarding processEnsure accurate and timely preparation, collation and filing of all offer documentation and contractsIn conjunction with HR Advisors/Manager organise job adverts, assist in shortlisting candidates and keeping ATS updated with process.Liaise with recruitment sources and candidates to arrange and coordinate interviewsMeet and greet candidates attending interviews with a warm welcome and offer of beverage.Maintenance of online HR filing system including transfer and disposal of records according to retention schedules and policiesAssisting with pension and benefits processing in conjunction with the HR ManagerAssist in the preparation of Payroll, ready for checking and sending to the Payroll companyManage online training platforms, ensuring courses are completed as required, and liaising with providers to enable best use of the system, providing regular reports and chasing any mandatory training when necessary.Answering telephone HR enquiriesManaging HR generic mailboxes and distributing to the relevant team member for action.Pro-actively create and distribute monthly communicationsTake notes in monthly HR MeetingsWhat the employer is looking for:Administration experience within a busy officeGreat attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced companyProfessional and confidentialProficient in Microsoft applicationsCan do attitudeCompleterAbility to work on own initiativeFast learnerRed Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
