The RoleReporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and committed Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our rapidly growing LiveScore Media team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, playing a key part in driving our expansion into new markets and scaling our digital marketing efforts. - Implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, particularly focusing on growth in new and existing markets.
- Hands-on performance marketing campaigns management across channels (paid social, search, app marketing, display, …) to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Work closely with our brand and design teams to produce compelling marketing materials. Oversee the creative development process and delivery, ensuring all assets (ads, landing pages, etc.) align with brand guidelines and are optimised for performance.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across various channels to achieve growth targets. Report on the effectiveness of spending, ensuring cost-efficiency while scaling campaigns.
- Examine data to uncover insights that drive decision-making, continually improving performance through A/B testing, and optimising strategies. Report performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
- Co-ordinating all finance matters including raising purchase orders and processing invoices for payment in conjunction with internal teams.
- Ensuring all advertising meets applicable compliance guidelines, including content and age verification rules.
- Collaborate effectively with external agencies, partners, and internal teams. Foster communication across various departments to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and tools that can enhance digital marketing efforts. Drive innovation through testing new channels, creative formats, and audience targeting approaches.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles of experience across at least of one the following marketing channels: App Marketing, Paid Social or Display.
- Analytical skills in campaign and channel management. Ability to digest and interpret large data sets. Competent with all aspects of reporting.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, marketing measurement, and attribution. Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) being highly desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint is essential. Understanding of data visualisation tools (Looker or Tableau) is a plus.
- You’re a team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently.
- Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to lead on projects and taking ownership where needed. Accepts and seeks out ownership and accountability of work.
