Acts as a service contract under the supervision of Sr. SC officer, the Cleaner will be paid a daily salary of 50,000 IQDs for their services, which will be paid monthly.
The Service Contract is expected to work from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM with half an hour lunch break. The contract will be based on monthly payments.
Service Overview/Summary:
The Cleaner- Daily worker is responsible for overall cleaning and housekeeping services of the Baghdad office. Specific duties and responsibilities are outlined below. The cleaner will work closely with operations and Program staff in Baghdad. The position will report to the Sr. SC officer.
Major Responsibilities:
- Sweep the floors and stairs every morning (taking care not to damage electrical equipment on the floor such as UPS, electrical wire etc).
- Wash the floors, stairs, and other areas thoroughly.
- Dust the desks, walls and cupboards every day (taking care not to damage office equipment on the dusted areas);
- Clean the office sinks, toilets, and other rooms once a day.
- Clear and dispose of the rubbish from the office.
- Always keep the kitchen clean, including cleaning the inside of the fridge once per week.
- Preparing hot drinks for IRC staff and visitors as needed.
- Inform the line manager of any repairs or replacements required of maintenance equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

- One year work experience in working with INGO.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
