Responsibilities :
- Under the authority of the Head of Operational Human Resources Sector, the HROP acts as an HR referent for one of the Foundation’s areas of intervention.
- A true conductor, s/he is responsible for providing the necessary guidance and support to his/her group of assigned delegations. To this end, s/he creates, develops, supervises, and shares the HR strategy and advises and supports the managers of his/her area within the Operations team; in particular its Operations Manager, its Adjoints and Heads of delegation.
- Exemplary in his/her behavior, s/he shares and disseminates good HR practices and solutions that contribute to the achievement of the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Advise and support operational managers in the reflection, analysis and implementation of meaningful, concrete, and measurable actions related to the main HR processes.
- Recommend HR strategies adapted to the specific realities of the assigned delegations and countries of intervention. Facilitate the implementation of these solutions by accompanying the organizational changes that may be related to them, as well as their impacts.
- Actively participate and contribute to all initiatives to harmonize HR practices and policies. Create or adapt any HR tool necessary for the proper performance of the HR function whether at regional office or in support of HR managers in the field.
- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of HR management indicators.
- Is responsible of the administrative and HR management of Tdh regional office. In these respects, s/he is accountable to the foundation’s legal representative in Hungary.
- Provide strong support for setting up the regional office in the context of decentralization (review of roles and responsibilities, adaptation of processes, change management support, etc.).

Profile :
Education :
Minimum Bachelor degree in HR or relevant field
Experience & Competencies:
- 5+ years Proven experience in mastering the various aspects of HR activities of the employee’s cycle: administrative management, recruitment, legal standards, career management and talent management, evaluations, learning & development, end of collaboration, conflict management, etc.
- Experience acquired in management or expert positions within an NGO in a headquarters and/or in the fields of intervention.
Languages :
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of a language of the region and/or French is an asset.
IT :
- Comfortable using standard office tools.
Knowledge of HOMERE software is a plus.
