The People and Culture Officer (NO-1) will be a part of the People & Culture team of the Mexico Country Office, under the leadership of the People & Culture Specialist (P-3). He/She will supervise the People and Culture Assistants (GS-5 and UNV) and will work on a broad range of functions, mainly: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Learning & Development; Talent Acquisition and Outreach; Staff Wellbeing.

Minimum requirements:
Education:
- A University Degree is required, preferably in the fields of human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field.
Work Experience:
- One year of professional experience in human resource management in an international organization and/or large corporation is required.
Skills:
- HR Data Analysis, Talent Management, Project Management, Communication, Cultural Competence.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
