Senior Insight AnalystWarrington – Hybrid£45,000Forward Role is excited to recruit a skilled and passionate Senior Insight Analyst for a leading company at the forefront of the UK’s energy transition. As this business drives the shift toward sustainable energy, they are looking for an experienced analyst to uncover actionable insights that will enhance customer engagement and fuel strategic growth.In this role, you’ll be instrumental in decoding customer behaviour across multiple touchpoints, providing insight to enhance marketing effectiveness and shape acquisition and retention efforts. If you’re a data-driven storyteller with a knack for making sense of complex datasets, this could be the perfect role for you!Role & Responsibilities:

• Transform data into insight through analysis of complex datasets and identifying trends, patterns, and customer behaviours.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Present complex findings in an understandable, compelling format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Driving business insight by collaborating with stakeholders to understand key business needs and translate them into analytical projects.
• Use insights to guide the strategic direction of customer growth through marketing initiatives.
• Utilise data to optimise customer acquisition and retention strategies, maximising the reach and impact of campaigns.
• Pinpoint opportunities for growth and efficiency to enhance marketing effectiveness and reach target audiences.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into stories.
• A keen understanding of customer needs and a commercial mindset.
• Confidence in presenting to senior leaders and working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Expertise in data visualisation to create clear, compelling presentations.
• A proactive approach to supporting and guiding junior team members.
