Summary of Requirements
Within the ExB Project “SPU Management Support: Programme Implementation Unit”, it is foreseen to conduct a staff retreat for SPU staff on 21-24 January 2025. The retreat shall have two objectives: 1) supporting all staff in coping with mental health and safety risks during the war; 2) facilitating team building at time of hybrid work and with many newcomers.
Based on the above, the SPU requires an accommodation facility/Event company to provide logistical and technical support (catering, meeting rooms for up to 75 participants, three-night accommodation) for organizing four days retreat sessions (including travels to and back from the retreat location) to be held from Tuesday 21 January until Friday 24 January 2025 in the western part of Ukraine (Ivano-Frankivsk or Lviv region).
