Interested supplier should provide the following documents along with the offer:

1.Master’s degree or PhD (preferred) in Climate Science, Environmental Studies, Water Resources, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in delivering training on climate-resilient water infrastructure and water safety planning.

3.Strong knowledge of climate adaptation practices, including agroecology and sustainable farming methods.

4.Experience in rural community engagement and capacity building, particularly with farmers and local authorities.

5.Demonstrated ability to facilitate dialogue sessions with diverse stakeholders, including faith leaders, community leaders, and local government representatives.

6.Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise training materials and progress reports.

7.Experience working with government or technical staff in a capacity-building role.

8.Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

9.Preference given to local Iraqi candidates.
