Agriculture Expert-awareness

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Develop curriculum and deliver awareness sessions for DoA employees and 300 farmers in Sinuni and Sinjar for a total of 17 days.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Implement awareness session in Nineveh (Sinjar and Sinuni) Governorate by providing trainers with a clear understanding of climate resilience methodologies and concepts that will help enhance the ability of farming systems to withstand and recover from climate-related challenges. It promotes sustainable practices that stabilize crop yields and incomes, improve food security, and support the long-term health of ecosystems, and prepare a handbook/manual on climate change adaptation methodology and techniques.
