Role Overview:

You will orchestrate dynamic youth programs that resonate with young people’s lives and aspirations. Your efforts will strengthen our youth engagement strategies, making AIA a beacon for young activists and youth partner organisations. Through your leadership, you’ll build bridges between our youth membership and broader human rights campaigns, amplifying their impact on both local and global stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment and onboarding processes tailored for youth, enhancing their entry and growth within AIA.
  • Lead engaging youth programs that empower participants to advocate passionately and knowledgeably about human rights issues.
  • Strengthen connections with external youth-led organisations and educational institutions to support AIA’s goals and expand our youth network.
  • Manage operational tasks for the youth membership program, ensuring compliance with child protection laws and promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
