Support Act is dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of music industry professionals across Australia. They provide crisis relief, mental health support, and culturally intelligent support for First Nations musicians and workers. Through a variety of initiatives, they bring people together to celebrate the music community while raising much needed funds for those facing hardship.

About the role
The campaign manager oversees major fundraising and awareness campaigns, including Ausmusic T-Shirt Day, from planning and marketing coordination to partnerships, fundraising, and event management. This role is critical to enhancing visibility, driving engagement, and boosting donations. You’ll collaborate with key industry partners, work with a dedicated team, and ensure campaigns are memorable and impactful.
In this role, you will:
- Set clear KPIs using data-driven insights, and you’ll adapt tactics to ensure ongoing growth and sustainability of campaigns
- Develop and manage partnerships with ambassadors, artists, corporate sponsors, and brand partners
- Work closely with the marketing team, to create engaging, multi-channel content and leverage artists and influencers to maximise participation and awareness
- Lead registration efforts for fundraisers, efficiently manage resources, and develop engagement toolkits to support both corporate and community groups
- Manage campaign budget, track metrics, maximise return on investment and report on campaign outcomes
Skills and experience required
You are a strong communicator and relationship builder and have a solid background in campaigns, event coordination, and fundraising, ideally within the non-profit, music or entertainment sectors. Ideally you have experience leading campaigns, managing stakeholders, and overseeing budgets.
Additionally, you have proficiency in tracking campaign data to make informed decisions and have knowledge in marketing and digital platforms, particularly in content creation, social media, and peer-to-peer fundraising.
