Are you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionAs the Product Analyst for the Checkout domain of our team, you’re here to expand the potential of our digital business, supporting the delivery of the product vision and strategic roadmap as we move to a MACH architecture. Joining the business at a time of significant growth and investment in Digital, the opportunity to be part of this digital transformation is huge.Working as a member of the Digital Product Management Team you will be responsible for the evolution and innovation of our multi-brand web experience.You will play a key role in defining memorable experiences across our web checkout estate, serving customers across multiple touch points, both online and in store.You will own the delivery of your product, prioritising the backlog, and representing the ‘voice of the customer’ through the product’s development.Key Responsibilities
- Gather user insights to guide decision-making to help build products that our customers will love.
- Work with stakeholders to gather well-defined requirements to support product initiatives.
- Define epics and user stories and perform user acceptance criteria to ensure that solutions meet customer and business needs.
- Refine the product backlog, ensuring customer, business and technology needs are understood during backlog refinement and feature elaboration.
- Measure and monitor key metrics, using multiple analytical tools to understand the performance of your products.
- Contribute to the production of end-user documentation and training material as required.
- Work with the business transformation team to define new business process models and workflows.
- Manage the prioritisation and refinement of items in the product backlog, maximising value delivery.
- Work collaboratively with key colleagues including UX, Optimisation, Delivery and others in support of the successful delivery of your products.
- Consistently applies product best practice and acts as an advocate of the product discipline.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience building complex checkout products within a large-scale ecommerce or agency environment. The ability to manage context switching is key.
- In depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
- Technically proficient, able to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the FinTech landscape and in-depth knowledge of online payment solutions and providers, PSD2, card issuers, fraud protection and cross border payments.
- Ability to work through regulatory and compliance requirements in each market.
- Well versed in delivery carriers and checkout solutions.
- Well versed in all aspects of product lifecycle.
- Highly analytical, able to make quick decisions.
- Exposure to MACH is not essential but highly advantageous.
- Pro-active self-starter, task focused and organised.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science.
