World Vision East Asia Region is looking for a consultant who will develop a comprehensive MEAL framework for seven (7) offices in the region to ensure the effective and efficient end-to-end data collection, reporting and utilization of data.
These offices, Cambodia, China, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam face challenges to ensuring data quality assurance, in the absence of single streamline process for all types of funding streams and proramme types. In light with the upcoming changes coming from Field Transformative Process, Sponsorship Foundational Package and Our Impact Our Story, the FOs need to streamline and align the MEAL processes to ensure the quality and consistency of the MEAL processes.
The consultant is expected to:

Design a comprehensive MEAL framework tailored to the needs of seven regional offices.

Map out and assess the current system and processes in each Field Office

Understand and contextualize the upcoming changes under MEAL from the organization’s new initiatives
-
Ensure the framework aligns with organizational goals and standards.

Data Collection and Management : Review data collection methodologies and tools.

Reporting : Analyze data generation and reporting process to produce regular reports on program performance.

Capacity Building – Provide technical guidance to support the training of office staff on the new framework
This work is expected to start by mid of January 2025 and is estimated to take up 25 working days.
