You will be responsible for supporting B2B marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads for all the services Innovus offers. You will report into the Brand Marketing Manager and work within a small but highly dedicated team of experienced, friendly marketing professionals who are passionate about supporting the company’s ambitious goals. The role will be perfect for someone looking to progress their career as we are fully supportive of encouraging the development of our people and promoting from within.Position in OrganisationReporting to the Brand Marketing Manager.Main Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing plan across multiple channels including print, social media, events and partnerships.
• Craft compelling copy for lead generation marketing and sales collateral.
• Create and keep up to date the sales toolkit including pitch decks, brochures, emails, and one-pagers.

• Help in the creation of diverse multimedia content including whitepapers, videos, infographics and webinars.

• Coordinate the branded merchandise process, from design and reorders to timely delivery within budget.
• Support in the delivery of the annual events plan, including the attendance list, set up and logistics on the day followed by feedback forms and recommendations.

• Project manage ad-hoc creative requests from the internal business areas.
• Continuously monitor competitors and property industry news and trends.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing improvements.

Skills and experience

• You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in as we’re a small team working in a busy and varied environment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Proactive self-starter, who is organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and deadline focused.
• Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Adobe and Canva skills.
• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn.
• Property experience is not essential but advantageous.
