📍 Location – Leeds | Hybrid (3 days in office)

You’ll be the go-to for everything from advanced tracking and dashboard builds to helping teams and clients see the bigger picture — through clear, actionable insights.It’s a chance to shape how data drives performance across the agency, with the support and freedom to make it your own.What You’ll Be Doing✔ Building the foundations – Set up tracking (GA4, GTM, dataLayer) that supports smarter reporting and better decisions.
✔ Making the data sing – Create dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that bring clarity and impact to performance.
✔ Turning insight into action – Analyse user journeys, campaign data and trends to fuel stronger strategies.
✔ Collaborating across teams – Work with performance, CRM, dev, creative and client services to unlock insight everywhere.
✔ Powering new business – Feed top-level insights into pitch decks and case studies.
✔ Shaping the future – Use tools like BigQuery, Adverity or AI to improve how data is collected, connected, and communicated.What You’ll Bring to the Table🎯 Skills & Experience

• 5–6 years in digital data or analytics roles
• Advanced GA4 and GTM setup skills
• Confident using SQL, BigQuery, Power BI and Looker Studio
• Skilled at turning complex data into meaningful recommendations
• Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to internal teams and clients
