The SALT Programme is a one-year residential opportunity to join the Capernwray community in northern England. You’ll live alongside others from around the world and grow by serving across our Bible School and Holiday ministries.

This year will stretch you. It will shape you. It will prepare you to live, serve and lead for Jesus wherever He calls you next.

What you’ll do:

• Serve in various departments: housekeeping, dining, Bible School, guest services, marketing, gardening and more.

• Participate in Bible teaching, worship, and community life.

• Receive training, leadership development and mentorship to develop your gifts.

What you’ll gain:
You’ll learn from a ministry that’s been equipping young adults for 50+ years.

• Accommodation and meals provided.

• Travel expenses home reimbursed up to £1560.

• Access to Capernwray’s facilities and activities.

• 1-year residential ministry & leadership training.

• Certificate of completion (but the growth speaks louder than the paper)

Who we’re looking for:

• You’re a committed Christian ready to grow & lead.

• Good English and eligible to work in the UK.

We can sponsor a limited number of Charity Worker Visas. Preference is given to those with a prior connection to Capernwray.
