Job description
The Head of Marketing Campaigns is responsible for overseeing the email channel and leading omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, revenue, and brand reach. This role manages a small team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, optimise email performance, and lead media partnerships for maximum value.As the Head of Marketing Campaigns you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the email channel, optimising customer journeys, executing key communications (e.g., newsletters), and developing nurture campaigns to increase engagement and conversions
- Analyse data to improve performance, identify new journeys and target markets, and ensure accurate data segmentation
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution
- Lead media partnership strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and use data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that maximise commercial success
- Work with the wider leadership team to identify optimisation opportunities across channels
- Provide timely reports and insights on campaign and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership to identify and leverage commercial opportunities across campaigns.
Leading email and omnichannel marketing strategies to drive engagementBased Brighton with hybrid workingThe successful Head of Marketing Campaigns will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role; with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns, including email automation experience – ideally gained within events or working with B2B events
- A strong track record of managing teams
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written; with excellent copywriting skills
- The ability to work as part of a truly collaborative team.
